Functional audit

Functional audit of the organization is the way  FORCEO experts get familiarwith the organisation. It is a complex and expert-based assessment process within which the owners, board or board of directors of the company obtain structured answers to the following questions:

  • Actual allocation of duties and responsibilities within organisation;
  • Actual goals by department / employee;
  • Actual process flow and adequacy for achieving the objectives set up. Process planning and review approaches. The scope and usability of internal instructions;
  • Operational control system and its appropriateness for timely decisionmaking (process data, data analysis, decision making power); 
  • Internal communication channels and methods of communication;
  • Suitability of the existing organisational structure for ongoing processes and business strategy;
